Entry into the promotion opens at 7:00:00 am (AEST), March 31, 2024, and closes at 11:59:59 pm (AEST), April 1, 2024

Participation is free and open to anywhere in the world

By participating, you confirm that you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein

Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

Promotion - 5 x 100% discount codes, 10 x 40% discount codes and 85 x 25% discount codes

Orders can be cancelled and refunded at Nakie’s discretion

Minimum order value for use of the discount voucher -$100.00

Disqualification

Any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in unlawful conduct that may compromise the fairness of the competition

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.

Jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, in relation to any legal proceedings arising from this document.
