Can I change my shipping address?
It’ll be delivered to wherever you may be. We can help you change the shipping, provided your order has not been shipped. You could do that by sending us an email.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You be able to redirect it via the tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
How are Nakie products packaged?
There’s nothing more exciting than opening your much-awaited parcels. Being environmentally-friendly, we try to reduce the amount of plastic used. All of us parcel bags are made of compostable packaging. We also do not send instructions or cards as we try to reduce the amount of waste we create.
How long does shipping usually take?
We know how much you want to use your Nakie gear so we get this out to you as soon as possible. Shipping usually takes around 3-7 Business days, so you can be using your Nakie gear and relaxing in your hammock before you know-it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Anywhere in the world. Wherever you may be, we’ll ship our products to you!
How much is the shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide for any order over $50.
Are there any customs fees?
Nope, none, zero, zilch, nada. We have warehouses around the World so we can get your gear to you as quick as possible and so you don’t need to pay any customs fees.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane. We use Auspost
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa. We use Canadian Post, DHL and Fedex.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Feltham. We use Royal Mail and DPD express delivery.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago. We use USPS, DHL and Fedex.
All our prices are inclusive of all duties and taxes worldwide. Once you have paid there is nothing else to worry about.
How can I track my order?
Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your delivery to the Shipping company we provide you with a shipping confirmation email. It will have a “Track Order” button. This will take you to the shipping website were you can follow the live tracking.
I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? At times, delay do happen couriers fail to deliver items within the given timeframe due to inevitable circumstances. We suggest you track your deliveries through the tracking details provided. But if you’re still unsure and have waited 10 days please send an email to email@example.com we can create an investigation and look in to this further.
How many trees have already been planted to date?

Do you accept bulk orders or corporate gifting deals?
They say, the more the merrier – so if you’re looking at purchasing a bulk order, please send through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be glad to assist you with it.
How do you set up a hammock?
Setting up your own hammock is very easy. Our current record is 27 seconds! With our no fuss straps and carabiners you won’t need to tie a single knot. Click here for a detailed example and instructions on how to set them up properly. You will be relaxing within minutes.
Do you also plant trees for every product sold?
Oh yes, our goal is to plant as many as we can. With your help hopefully we can plant millions. We plant four trees for every product you purchase from us.
Can I use Nakie hammocks indoors?
Who says swinging in your hammocks can’t make a good indoor activity? Yes, you can absolutely use your hammocks anywhere you can find a place to hang it. We love to use it indoors. To know more about it, head on over to here.
How warm can I get in your blankets?
These have kept us warm in all types of weather, even in the cold snow in Canada. It’s rated and certified to 5 degrees celsius so it’ll keep you warm wherever you go.
What is the allowed weight inside the hammock?
Our hammocks are designed to embrace all forms and sizes as you chill and sleep. It’s rated at 225kg or 500lbs, but we’ve managed to put in 300kg plus two guys so it’s more than enough to carry you. Wondering how we did it? Check this out.
Can you wash Nakie hammocks?
For sure! We recommend hand washing it with cold water with a non-bleaching product. Once washed, remove the hammock from the water and hang out to dry so you will be ready for your next adventure.
*Please note: Do not ever use a dryer for drying your hammock.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We are so confident that you will love our products as much as we do. We are offering 100% no risk money back guarantee. We will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely stoked with your Nakie product.
*Please note: Returning items for refund or exchange will require you to shoulder your own shipping costs.
Can I exchange my order for a different Nakie product?
Yes, for sure but make sure to do it within the 30-days return policy.
How long will my return be processed?
It’ll only take us a few days to process your return. However, it can take a little bit longer for you to receive the entire payment for a refund as banks take a few days to process the return.
How secure are your customers’ information and payment details?
Your information and details are in safe hands as we use an extremely secure and highly-encrypted system through Shopify Payments that ensures customers of their privacy, security and accountability from merchants.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) and debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savy, we offer PayPal, GooglePay and ApplePay.
Need a little longer to pay for your Nakie gear? We offer Afterpay and ZipPay payment plans as well.

Is there a confirmation of payment?
Most definitely - We do send out an email confirming that your payment is successful. Please make sure to check junk/spam as it occasionally ends up there.
Can I cancel my order after paying?
These things happen! As long as we haven’t sent it yet, it’s easy enough for us to cancel it. But if it has already been sent out, you’re going to have to go through our returns process.
We do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before we have a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Can I pay for another person and send it as a gift?
Yes, Nakie products make the perfect gifts so if you do wanna send them to a loved one or a friend as a gift, just add their delivery details upon checking out and we can definitely send it through to them.
How can I provide feedback?

Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty, yes you heard right LIFETIME WARRANTY!We are so confident with the quality of our product that we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products!
What is your warranty policy?
Product warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects such as fabric, zippers, seams, buckles, metals, and construction on all of our products.
Each warranty claim is processed individually once the warranty details have been emailed through to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once submitted, expect a response from out team within 1-2 business days.

*Please note: We will not honor warranty claims with the following issues:
1. Sun damage (we do not recommend our hammocks are kept in the sun for extended periods of time as it will cause discoloration and can cause tearing)
